The Drawings included on the Google Earth file have been provided for general information of the approximate position of the underground heating and or cooling network infrastructure and as such any reliance is at the sole risk of those relying on it. The expectation is that any third party who has a genuine interest under the applicable legislation, shall first verify it independently using all means available to it including on-site ground investigations. Any damage caused by a third party to the network shall be pursued in accordance with the legislation. In the absence of any negligence or any other breach of duty by us, we are not responsible for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of your property while you complete your own investigations of the infrastructure.
Please note: The pipework map is provided as a KML file and requires Google Earth (desktop or mobile) or another compatible GIS application to view and navigate the network layout.
